Protect the flow your revenue depends on.

If it breaks, your team knows first.

Your customers should not be your alert system.

A core customer action stops working without an alert. Support tickets arrive, while customers who do not complain simply leave.

Revenue-critical flow breaks.

A paying customer reaches the broken step.

Revenue lost

How it works.

We start with the customer flow your revenue depends on. We find where it can fail, make the agreed fixes, and prove your team will know first if it breaks.

01

The fit call

Free, 30 minutes, with both of us. Tell us what is going wrong and how customers are affected. If we cannot help, we say so. No product access needed.

02

The report

Within five days, you get a written report and recorded walkthrough showing where the flow can fail, why it matters, and what to fix first. The report and recording are yours.

03

The sprint

Over three weeks, we make the agreed fixes and build a safety net around the flow. It checks changes before release, monitors the live flow, and tells your team what failed.

04

The proof

We safely trigger an agreed failure. You see it caught, and the right person receives a clear alert.

We prove it works.

We agree what success looks like before work starts, then demonstrate it with you before the sprint is complete.

  • We safely trigger the failure we agreed to test.
  • The failure is caught and your team sees what went wrong.
  • The alert reaches the person you named.
  • If our work breaks within 30 days, we fix it free.

The engineers you meet do the work.

You work directly with Ruslan and Slav from the first call until the work is done.

You own everything we makeIt is yours from the moment we create it.
We do not copy or reuse your workYour code, product, ideas, and data never go to another client or into public AI tools. Nothing from your product is used to train AI.
You control our accessYou create every login we use and can remove access at any time. We do not test your live product without written permission.
Your product does not depend on usWe use standard tools in your accounts and document the work. Your product keeps running if another engineer takes over.

A hard filter.

SleepEasy is for small teams with live revenue, one critical flow, and a recent failure.

Live revenueFounder-led B2B SaaS or AI service doing $20k+ a month in revenue.
Small teamNo engineering team, or one or two developers without a senior engineer to rely on.
One critical flowThe part of your product where a failure would cost you revenue or customers.
Recent painA complaint, cancellation, broken release, or repeated support problem.

Not for new features, broad cleanups, or rebuilds. Not for pre-launch products, compliance work, penetration testing, 24/7 response, or promises of zero failures.

Fair questions.

What to know before you call.

Why is the report free for the first three products?

The offer is new, but our engineering experience is not. We are writing the first three reports free of charge for honest feedback and, only if you agree, a short case study. After those three, the report costs $2,000. If you book a sprint within 90 days of receiving it, we take the full $2,000 off the sprint price.

What does the report cover?

One critical flow and everything it depends on. It is not a whole-product audit, penetration test, compliance review, or certificate. If we notice a serious problem elsewhere, we tell you separately. It does not enter the sprint or change the price unless you ask us to add it in writing.

What if I have more than one critical flow?

We still start with one: the one where a failure would cost you most. The others can follow later, but the first sprint stays focused.

What happens if something you build breaks later?

If a defect in our work causes it to stop working within 30 days of finishing, we fix it free. The warranty does not cover later changes or third-party services failing.

I built this with AI and I’m embarrassed by it.

Don’t be. You built something customers pay for. AI and no-code tools are built to get products working quickly, not to add every safeguard a live product needs. Filling those gaps is our job.

Can’t I just ask Claude to do this?

AI can help with parts of it. The hard part is deciding what matters, what can fail, and whether a proposed fix will work in your actual product. Experienced engineers still need to judge the work and take responsibility for it.

Bring us the last “it does not work” message.

In 30 minutes, we talk through what happened and tell you whether the report is worth doing. We can meet on video or in person in London.
